What should I bring?
Just yourself! We provide all ingredients, equipment, and take-home materials. You are free to bring your own beverages and snacks if you desire but we will be eating bagels at the end of class.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing you don't mind getting flour on and closed-toe shoes. Aprons will be provided.
How long is the class?
Class typically runs for 3 hours and the last 30 minutes will be eating
Do I need baking experience?
No! Our classes are designed for all skill levels, from complete beginners to experienced home bakers.
What will I take home?
You'll leave with:
A recipe booklet
Three dough balls to bake the next day
Six freshly baked bagels
The knowledge and confidence to make bagels at home
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel for a full refund or reschedule with more than 2 weeks notice before class. After that 2 week window, there will be no refunds or free rescheduling. All cancellations will need to be approved. Reach out to denverdoughllc@gmail.com if you need to cancel.
Can I attend with a friend or partner?
Absolutely! Many attendees come with friends, partners, or family members. Note that each attendee will need to register as a separate reservation. Additionally, each reservation will need a unique email but you can use the same credit card for multiple reservations.
Where is the class held?
Address is 1785 Quebec St, Denver, CO 80220. The teaching space is inside of a commercial kitchen complex. We will be waiting outside before class to direct you.
Parking?
There is a free lot on the corner of Quebec and 17th. Follow the sidewalk north and we will be waiting outside the building to let you in.
